This heritage home is 150 years old typical traditional home preserved to its former glory. Valuing its historical significance, the proprietor has diligently restored house to offer discerning travellers, the experience and beauty of characteristic Bhutanese hospitality.

This three storied traditional Bhutanese rammed-mud house is inherited by the forefathers of the present proprietor. The house has fully furnished wooden floor, small arched windows and sloping roofs, equipped with requisite tourist amenities.  

Heritage Home is an amazing place to stay with 4 spacious rooms (2 executive deluxe and 2 standard deluxe). One will feel homely here and experience the Bhutanese customs and traditions in authentic style. The rooms offer the maximum amount of space and necessary comfort amidst local charm. 

There is a separate meditation room where guests can sit and have some peaceful time with the slight view of Buddha point from the window.

Dining hall is adorned with traditional materials hanged on the walls and the pillars those are 150 years old. Guests have opportunity to taste mouth watering Bhutanese foods and multi-cuisine prepared by specialised cooks. The Heritage Home serves set menus, including local Bhutanese dishes tuned to taste of international guests. Drinks are available with choice of international, regional and local specialities including ‘Ara’ distilled from fermented wheat, maize or millet and ‘Bangchang’ fermented wheat of corn juice. ’
